Yes, I remember Kathleen wondering this. At the same time I was wondering that if I SOLD more but had LESS EXPENSES would I have MORE PROFIT? I remember thinking about this until my head hurt. But then Kathleen realized alcohol was indeed a feature and we all benefited and the headache went away. Oh... and so did the profits.
